Ghufranak
‘I ask You (Allâh) for forgiveness.’
Islam is a complete way of life built on good manners. Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah (May Allah have Mercy on Him) said: "Religion consists entirely of good character. Whoever surpasses you in good character surpasses you in religion."
The mother of the believers, Aa’isha, may Allâh be pleased with her, has been quoted in Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, and Darimi, as having related that: When Allâh’s Messenger, peace and blessings of Allâh be upon him, came away after relieving himself, he used to say: (I seek) forgiveness from Thee.
